Hosting

bobkexit.dev is hosted as a static website on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). Cloudflare may process technical access data to deliver and protect the website.

Server logs

When you visit this website, Cloudflare may process technical access data such as IP address, request time, requested file, referrer, browser, operating system, and response status to deliver the website securely.

The technical delivery of the website and basic security logging are based on legitimate interests in providing a stable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Contact-form processing is based on handling the submitted request and, where applicable, steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Contact form

The contact form collects the submitted name, email address, and message, plus technical request data needed to deliver and protect the request. Cloudflare Pages receives the form request and Resend is used to send the message by email to hello@bobkexit.dev. Contact-form messages are used only to answer the request and are kept until the request has been handled and any legal retention period ends.

Data transfers to the USA

Cloudflare, Inc. and Resend, Inc. are based in the USA, so personal data processed by them may be transferred there. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and both providers include the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in their data processing terms as transfer safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR).

Web analytics (cookieless)

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate usage — page views, referrers, countries, browsers, and performance timings. It sets no cookies, uses no localStorage and no fingerprinting, does not track visitors across sites, and builds no personal profiles, which is why no consent banner is required. The measurement script is loaded from Cloudflare and processing is based on legitimate interests in understanding how the website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

No cookies, ad tracking, or newsletter

This website does not use cookies, advertising tracking, or a newsletter. Analytics run cookieless as described above.

Fonts, App Store badges, scripts, and all other assets are self-hosted by this website. The only third-party resource loaded is Cloudflare's cookieless analytics beacon (see above). External platforms such as Apple's App Store, GitHub, or LinkedIn receive data only once you follow a link to them.

  • The right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority
